We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Line Leader to oversee daily operations on our production line. This role is all about keeping production running smoothly, supporting your team, and ensuring products meet our quality and safety standards. You will be the go-to person on the line, coordinating workflow, solving problems on the spot, and helping your team perform at their best.

Day to Day
- Lead daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets
- Supervise and support line operators, providing coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promote a strong safety culture
- Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment issues and escalate when needed
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain accurate production records, including downtime, output, and material usage
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment in a supervisory/team leader role
- Good understanding of production processes and equipment
