As a Shift Manager you will manage, lead and coordinate the warehouse day shift. Coordinating daily warehousing activities and employees, ensuring targets are achieved and customer requirements are met. Implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.
Day to Day:
- Manage and guide the Shift Leaders to achieve the warehouse targets and KPIs set in a safe and efficient manner, contributing to an atmosphere where employees are encouraged to volunteer ideas and engaged as a team.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, dispatching, and assuring quality goods.
