We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑focused Production Operative to join our team.
In this role, you’ll support the packing and assembly of products for a range of clients, ensuring everything is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
You’ll work as part of a fast‑paced production environment where teamwork and consistency really matter.

- Operating packing and assembly equipment to meet daily production targets
- Preparing, labelling, and packaging products according to customer specifications
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity
- Following safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout the shift
- Reporting issues or defects to supervisors promptly
- Supporting change overs between product runs, including cleaning and setup
- Working collaboratively with team members to keep production flowing smoothly
