Fixed Term Contract opportunity to join the Goods In department at Wardle until January 2027. Predominantly working with internal customers (Warehouse, Customer Service and Transport teams) and 3rd party drivers. However, regular contact with external companies will also be required. You’ll be working in a busy, fast-paced environment where time management and attention to detail is key!

Day to Day
- Book in and coordinate third party drivers, ensuring paperwork is accurate and given to the correct department within the required time frame
- Liaise with drivers, hauliers, Warehouse Supervisors, and the Goods in Supervisor to rectify anomalies which arise
- Communicate via telephone and email to all internal and external contacts
- Accurately key in deliveries, orders and purchase order amendments into the SAP system
- Produce daily reports using SAP and Excel for distribution internally
- Escalate issues as appropriate to the Goods in Supervisor
