We are looking for an experienced and motivated LGV Technician to join our dynamic workshop team to replace our colleague who is retiring after many years of service. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of our fleet of LGVs to ensure they remain roadworthy, compliant, and operating at peak performance. Key details:
- £23.45 per hour
- Enhanced overtime at £35.18 per hour
- Monday to Thursday, Night Shift, 7pm to 7am

Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine safety inspections, servicing, all repairs and defect rectification to any vehicle or trailer to DVSA standards.
- Accurately complete all maintenance and repair record sheets.
- Use diagnostic equipment and technical manuals efficiently.
- Adopt a flexible working approach and be a team player at all times.
- There may be a requirement to support the warehouse team with the repair to company engineering plant including warehouse equipment such as racking (fixed and mobile), dock levellers, safety gates, barriers and fixtures.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified LGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 or IRTEC).
- Proven experience working with LGVs in a workshop environment.
- A full UK driving licence (C&E License advantageous but not essential).
- Ability to adhere to strict maintenance schedules and deadlines.
