Full time, Permanent

Salary: £16.38 per hour plus enhanced overtime

Hours: 4 on 4 off, 6pm to 6am

Due to continued growth, we are growing our teams across our Wardle, Nantwich site across a number of different teams working Nights on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 6pm to 6am.

Our Reach Truck Operatives work across a range of duties including but not limited to:

  • Checking stock, goods and location controlling
  • Picking and handballing

Day to Day:

  • Picking orders from pick lists and locate stock as and when required
  • Packing orders ready for dispatch
  • Dispatching goods to our customers
  • Completing all paperwork and documents as required
  • Receiving, checking and storing products from suppliers in a safe and secure manner
  • Report all shortages and damages found to the Team Leader immediately
  • Be aware of and adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety Policy, taking responsibility for the Health and Safety and welfare of yourself and others
  • Operate Reach truck and other mobile plant when required

What will you bring?

  • Previous experience operating a Reach Truck: refresher courses can be provided!
  • Comfortable on your feet; this is a hands-on role that involves lifting and carrying
  • A team player with a positive attitude towards work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Understanding and appreciation for safe manual handling practices and is Health & Safety aware
