Day to Day:
- Point of contact for customer enquiries both verbally and in writing, responsible for resolving these queries within given timeframes
- Develop and take responsibility for key accounts, ensuring we provide excellent customer service by developing a thorough understanding of their expectations and requirements, providing the correct advice and service levels on the back of this
- Expand existing customer relationships and support new sales by proposing new solutions to meet customer needs
- Complete administration duties with the highest accuracy including inputting customer and order information into the system and generating reports to stakeholders
- Where required, attend customer meetings acting as the link between customers and internal teams
What will you bring?
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft office suite with the ability to pick up new systems; experience with SAP would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
- Proactive and organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer centric and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience
