Due to continued growth, we are expanding our teams across our Wardle, Nantwich site with various teams working a 4 on 4 off day shift pattern, 6am to 6pm. Our Reach Truck Operatives perform duties including but not limited to checking stock, controlling goods and locations, picking, and handballing.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operating reach trucks in a safe and compliant manner
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Replenishing stock locations
• Dispatching goods to customers
• Completing all necessary paperwork and documents
• Receiving, checking, and storing products from suppliers securely
• Reporting shortages and damages immediately to the Team Leader
• Adhering to the company's health & safety policies, taking responsibility for safety and welfare

What Will You Bring?

• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck; refresher courses can be provided if your license is expired or held in-house only
• Comfortable on your feet; this is a hands‑on role involving lifting and carrying
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate
• An understanding of safe manual handling practices and Health & Safety awareness

Report all shortages and damages found to the Team Leader immediately. Be aware of and adhere to the Companys Health & Safety Policy, taking responsibility for the Health and Safety and welfare of yourself and others. What will you bring?
