- Be the main point ofcontact for customers using SAP for production- manage enquiries and troubleshoot any issues, maintaining communication with customers to provide updates
- Monitor and maintain SAP systemsand inventory levels coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Manage and prioritise customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders are fulfilled to customer requirements & maintain accuratecustomer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production and delivery challenges
Are you an experienced administrator committed to providing first class service who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We, Previous experience of working within a food-based production OR warehousing environment would be advantageous - Experience working with SAP production would be advantageous
