Key Account Executive in Wardle

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for customer enquiries both verbally and in writing, responsible for resolving queries within established timeframes.
• Develop and take responsibility for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service by understanding expectations and providing correct advice and service levels.
• Expand existing customer relationships and support new sales by proposing solutions to meet customer needs.
• Complete administration duties with the highest accuracy, including inputting customer and order information into the system and generating reports to stakeholders.
• Attend customer meetings as required, acting as the link between customers and internal teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite; ability to pick up new systems. Experience with SAP is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Proactive and organized with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑centric and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.

Location & Working Hours

Location: Wardle, UK. Permanent full‑time position. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Hybrid working available.
