Working at BouBou is a new-school brand company for those creating something novel, radical, or flat out weird. As we are growing, we’re looking for a brand performance marketer who masters paid campaigns and marketing analytics but would like a more versatile role in brand building.

When joining Bou, you will work directly with our 200+ brands, ranging from early-stage companies to more established brands, universities, and nonprofits. You will become a part of an all-hands-on-deck team building brands through marketing, communications, design, and web development.

Your daily tasks:

  • Lead a brand or two, managing the project, keeping the client happy, and ensuring our creative work aligns with the brand image and business KPIs.
  • Work hands-on in all projects, which includes concepting, creating, running, optimizing, and analysing (mostly) paid campaigns, and applying learnings for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, possibly as a campaign planner, digital marketer, performance/paid specialist, or brand lead.
  • Project lead and client communications experience.
  • Data-driven and hands-on approach to marketing, linking brand-building efforts to business-relevant KPIs.
  • Proficient with major social media business/campaign managers and Google tools (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio), and familiarity with Supermetrics, Smartly, Hubspot, or Semrush.
  • Versatile marketing skills, with expertise in performance marketing and an interest in brand performance.
  • Hunger to learn from a wide range of industries.
  • Strong written and spoken English; Nordic languages are an advantage.
