The Role
We are seeking a Senior Data & Financial Analyst to help innovate, win, and grow with us. Location: This is a hybrid role based in Portsmouth, NH.
Work Authorization Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without restriction. Visa sponsorship or transfers are not available for this position.
As a member of our Global Finance team, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic financial direction. This fast‑paced role offers regular interaction with senior leadership and exposure across the organization. You will contribute to data analytics, forecasting, planning, budgeting, and reporting, while supporting financial leadership with actionable insights.
How you’ll contribute:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data, using SQL to identify insights and trends.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate financial performance to stakeholders.
- Drive analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the Paymode product line across revenue and expense.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful data solutions by enhancing existing reporting and developing new tools.
- Build financial models and perform variance and ad hoc analysis.
- Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business performance and decision‑making.

- 4+ years of progressive, relevant experience; software and/or payments industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally and drive change that improves efficiency and supports growth.
- Self‑motivated with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related business field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analysis.
- Experience using Alteryx for data analytics.
- 2+ years of Power BI experience for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong systems knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
