The Role
We’re looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to own finance data, reporting, and system-driven process improvements. This role sits at the intersection of Accounting, Data, and Technology, leading initiatives across D365, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), Snowflake, Copilot and Power BI while driving automation and AI use cases. This is hands-on in the data and systems building and maintaining reporting datasets, troubleshooting data issues across systems, and supporting close by validating outputs and resolving discrepancies quickly. You’ll partner directly with accounting to answer reporting questions, investigate variances, and improve how financial data is structured and consumed. A big part of the role is translating business questions and requests into data analysis, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes upstream.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Lead delivery of financial reporting and data solutions across D365, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), Snowflake, and Power BI
- Own end-to-end data integrity and drive root-cause resolution
- Partner with finance to improve close, reconciliations, and reporting workflows
- Design and maintain scalable data models, pipelines, and reporting layers
- Lead system enhancements, integrations, testing, and rollout
- Drive automation to reduce manual effort and close timelines
- Identify and lead AI-driven opportunities
- Translate finance problems into data + AI use cases and deliver solutions
- Use Copilot, Snowflake ML/Python, etc. to automate reporting and analysis
- Build datasets and pipelines for AI/ML

- 5+ years of experience in financial systems, business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or a similar role supporting Finance and Accounting organizations.
- Advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets, troubleshoot reporting issues, automate processes, and deliver actionable business insights.
- Experience working with cloud-based data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting revenue accounting platforms such as Zuora Revenue (RevPro) is also a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or a comparable ERP platform
- Experience developing and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI, including dashboards, data visualization, and business performance reporting.
- Knowledge of Python or similar automation technologies used to streamline reporting, analysis, data processing, and financial workflows is preferred (Not Required)
- Any exposure to AI/ML technologies and AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, with a demonstrated interest in applying these capabilities to automate processes and improve business decision-making is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
