Role Summary

The AI Analyst will support Revenue Operations by engineering and enabling the adoption of AI-driven agents, scaling analytics and workflows for revenue driving sales teams within Paymode.

This role combines data analytics expertise with AI implementation capabilities, focusing on preparing high-quality, governed data and deploying AI solutions that improve efficiency, accelerate insights, and drive business outcomes.

This role will directly impact how people, AI, data, and technology work together to drive revenue growth.

This individual will act as a bridge between sales, business stakeholders, data infrastructure, and AI technologies, helping transition the organization toward more automated and scalable decision-making and insights.

This role will influence the system of record that Paymode sales-oriented automations and models read from and validate the accuracy of the outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement AI use cases that improve Rev Ops processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead AI agent deployment for sales functions end-to-end, including use case definition, intake, testing, deployment, and adoption.
  • Prepare and structure data to support AI applications, including building and maintaining reusable datasets and semantic models.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency to enable trusted AI-driven insights.
  • Support AI-enabled analytics tools to enable faster, self-service insights for business users.
  • Partner with Rev Ops and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data and AI solutions, while rationalizing the AI deployment pipeline based on sales need and validated business cases.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and scale analytics capabilities within Revenue Operations.
  • Contribute to AI roadmap development and continuous improvement of AI capabilities.
  • Ensure all AI initiatives comply with enterprise governance, risk, and security standards.
  • Required Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e. g., Power BI, Snowflake) Hands-on experience working with structured datasets and building scalable data solutions.
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies, including generative AI, natural language query tools, or AI-assisted analytics.
  • Understanding of corporate AI implementation, including use case development, deployment, and adoption processes.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, risk, and compliance considerations in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience enabling self-service analytics or semantic modeling strategies
  • Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and data governance frameworks
  • Experience piloting or scaling AI use cases within business operations
  • Experience in business analyst function within Saa S and/or Payments industry
