Role Summary
Our Account Management team grow and expand relationships with existing clients through outsourced B2B SaaS based solutions, helping clients to access UK and global Payments rails, protect their end clients from financial fraud and manage their cash positions. The role helps grow sales revenues through cross selling solutions to existing clients and renewing multi-year contracts to existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing clients.
- Establish, develop & maintain positive business and client relationships.
- Reach out to client leads through cold calling and sales/marketing campaigns.
- Produce, maintain and deliver against an annual Portfolio Plan.
- Achieve agreed upon sales quotas and outcomes within RoW Banks Sales Plan.
- Coordinate sales effort with wider team; Global Solutions, telemarketing, marketing, product & other departments.
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports using CRM tool.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Have an understanding of the key drivers for clients to deploy wider Bottomline solutions including Financial Messaging, PTX, CFRM, Global Payments Hub.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Experience And Skills
- Proven experience selling SaaS based solutions.
- Experience dealing with C level technical & business buyers – Banks and Non-Bank FIs.
- Highly motivated & target driven with knowledge of Financial Messaging client needs.
- Proficiency in selling, communication and negotiation.
- Effective time management and organization.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Building managing & growing relationships.
