Co‑founder and PR Director at Bottled Imagination
About the role: It’s a new era at Bottled Imagination. We’ve been around for over three years, built impressive campaigns, and won multiple \"Best New Agency\" awards. We want the next step to be \"the best.\" We need a proactive, hard‑working, creative PR Manager to manage 4‑5 clients, lead industry‑leading PR campaigns, and mentor junior team members.
Aims of the role
- You’ll be the driving force behind four or five client accounts, ensuring they receive the full Bottled Imagination treatment – bold ideas, smart strategy, and lightning‑speed reactive newsjacking.
- You’ll be the person who never stops asking \"so what?\" – digging into the \"why\" behind wins, creating reports that prove real impact, and sharing insights through ongoing reports and monthly sessions/QBRs that truly matter.
- You’ll shape the next generation of PRs – mentoring executives to smash KPIs, retain clients, and produce industry‑leading work.
Your day to day
- You’ll steer the PR strategy for your clients, ensuring every story is relevant, lands in the right places, and drives the right conversations.
- You’ll sign off press releases, build seeding lists, and create in‑depth outreach strategies.
- You’ll be front and centre on client communication (with an Account Director by your side), building relationships where clients trust your instincts and love your ideas.
- You’ll lead brainstorms that get people genuinely excited—creative sessions where weird and wonderful ideas are welcomed.
- You’ll work with clients across the UK, US, and beyond—US experience is a bonus but not essential.
The package
- Salary of £30‑38K, depending on experience.
- 3 pm finishes every Friday (effectively another 15 days off per year).
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and a Christmas shutdown (finish at 12 pm Xmas Eve, back on 5 January).
- Enhanced parental leave.
- Learn Anything budget – anything non‑work you’ve wanted to learn, we’ll fund it.
- Imagination Incentive – a budget to try out a business idea, plus guidance.
