Bottled Imagination has been on the PR scene for almost four years, launching standout campaigns that get our clients (and the press) excited. We are in an exciting stage of growth and we’re looking for senior PRs to join us on this journey, helping us to lead a team of outstanding PRs.
NOTE: This role is based in our Ancoats/New Islington Office, and is hybrid (Monday and Friday wfh, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office).
Your aims in the role:
- Build an imaginatively driven agency culture: To develop a team and culture that approaches ideation differently, creating campaigns that feel original, culturally relevant and genuinely enviable.
- Foster proactive ownership: To empower individuals to take full responsibility for their clients, campaigns and workload, operating with autonomy while contributing to a fast-moving, supportive team environment.
- Demonstrate senior-level expertise: To operate as the senior strategic lead across your accounts, bringing 5–6+ years of PR experience, confident decision-making and consistently high-quality delivery.
- Drive commercial performance: To manage budgets effectively, identify growth opportunities, lead upsell conversations where appropriate and confidently own client renewals.
- Develop high-performing teams: To actively manage and mentor team members, recognise individual strengths, support progression and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Lead senior client relationships: To build trusted partnerships at all levels, including confidently presenting performance and strategic direction to C-level stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- Act as lead strategic contact across a group of retained clients, and potentially senior escalation point on others.
- Lead campaign ideation, ensuring work is creatively ambitious, strategically sound and aligned to client objectives.
- Present campaign concepts and strategic plans to clients, securing buy-in and sign-off.
- Oversee all output across your accounts, acting as final internal sign-off for materials including press releases, onsite content and outreach strategy.
- Set campaign KPIs and outreach strategies, ensuring performance meets agreed objectives.
- Monitor budgets, forecasting and profitability across your accounts.
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities and contribute to renewal conversations.
- Manage, mentor and train a team of PR executives and senior execs.
- Oversee resource allocation using tools such as Float, ensuring efficiency and margin awareness.
- Contribute to new business pitches and agency growth initiatives.
