The Mission
- Be the Expert: Take full ownership of hard and soft services across your cluster, ensuring every mechanical system and aesthetic detail is top-tier.
- Lead the Frontline: Act as the strategic partner to on-site Center Managers, solving complex FM challenges before the customer even notices them.
- Safety First: Manage compliance, fire safety, and risk assessments with zero compromise, keeping our communities safe and secure.
- Sustainability Champion: Drive our Green goals by managing waste, water, and energy efficiency projects that make a real-world impact.
- Budget Boss: Oversee service charge budgets, procurement, and contractor SLAs, ensuring we deliver premium value without the waste.
- Team Mentor: Lead and develop a team of in-house technicians, fostering a culture of pride and precision.

The Essentials:
- Experience: You’ve managed multi-site facilities or high-footfall commercial spaces.
- Technical Literacy: You know your way around building engineering systems and CAFM software (e.g., Elogbooks).
- Safety Credentials: IOSH Managing Safely is a must; NEBOSH is a massive plus.
- Financial Savvy: You can manage a budget, analyze spend, and find clever cost efficiencies.
- The "Human" Element: You have the communication skills to navigate contractor meetings one minute and VIP customer queries the next.
Bonus Points for:
- A background in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with "License to Alter" works or office fit-outs.
