Bottle is an independent, award-winning digital PR agency based in Oxford: the digital PR agency for Fame & Findability. We combine more than 20 years of journalist relationships with SEO, AI and social expertise.
It's no longer enough for a brand to be top of mind; it needs to be top of find too. That's why everything we do is built around Fame & Findability™: earning coverage that makes brands famous when people aren't looking for them, and easy to find when they are, whether that's on Google, on social or in the answers AI models give.
Our Strategy, Creative and Comms teams work side by side for brands including Nationwide, Staysure, Petgevity, Geeta's, and Mira Showers and our creative campaigns regularly win awards. If variety is your thing and the idea of being at the forefront of digital PR gets you buzzing, this could be the job for you.
The role
We're looking for a bright, analytical and curious Data & Insights Executive to join our Strategy team in Oxford.
You’ll be involved in the research and analysis that shapes our strategies and campaigns, from understanding audience behaviours and cultural trends to exploring competitor performance, search data and original research.
You'll play a key role in helping us measure, understand and communicate the impact of our work across PR, SEO, social and influencer marketing. From monthly client reporting to digging deeper into campaign performance, you'll bring data together, spot trends and turn numbers into meaningful insights that help us and our clients make smarter decisions.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, loves asking 'why?' and can see the story behind the data. You'll develop the analytical, research and commercial skills that set you up for a brilliant career as a strategist.
What you'll be doing
- Owning monthly and quarterly client reporting across PR, SEO, social and influencer marketing clients, bringing together data to show the impact of our work
- Turning data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations that help our teams and clients understand what's working, what's not and what to do next
- Researching audiences, their behaviours, motivations and interests to uncover what makes them tick and how brands can connect with them
- Exploring cultural conversations, consumer trends, social listening and search behaviour to spot emerging opportunities for brands and campaigns
- Digging into competitor activity, organic search performance, backlinks, website analytics and historic campaign data to inform audits, pitches and strategies
- Supporting the Strategy Director and wider team.
All about you
We value potential over a perfect CV and welcome applications from all walks of life. Here's what gets us excited:
- A curious, questioning mind: you love understanding why things happen, spotting patterns and finding answers
- A natural head for numbers, with the confidence to work with data and turn it into something meaningful
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, and an appetite to learn new data analysis tools and platforms
- An interest in people, brands, culture and what makes audiences think, feel and behave the way they do
- Commercial curiosity: you're interested in how businesses grow and how marketing makes a difference
- Clear, confident communication skills: you can explain complex information simply and tell a compelling story
- A sharp eye for detail and a natural knack for staying organised, managing deadlines and getting things right
- An appetite to learn, take feedback and keep improving
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or social analytics platforms would be brilliant, but it isn't essential.
Why you'll want to join us
The money stuff:
- Hybrid working: three days a week in our Oxford office and two from home
- Relocation support if you want to make the move to Oxford
The good life perks:
- Cycle to work and EV salary sacrifice schemes
- 5 weeks' holiday + your birthday off + our '3 for 2' Christmas deal
- Contributory pension, health cash plan and access to a training platform
- A team that genuinely loves hanging out together (and regular socials to prove it)
Our commitment to everyone
We believe diverse teams do the best work. We're building an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, regardless of background, education or previous experience, and we welcome applications from everyone, regardless of race, religious beliefs, age, sex, sexual orientation or disability.
If you're neurodivergent or need any adjustments at any stage of the process, just let us know when you apply.
