CUSTOMER TEAM MEMBER CTM
Location: 12 HIGH STREET, BOTTISHAM, CAMBRIDGE, CB25 9DA
Pay: Β£12.65 β Β£13.00 per hour
Contract: 15-25 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
No experience needed as full training is given.
Working pattern: varied shifts including evenings (store closing) and weekends; discussed at interview.
What you\βll do as a Customer Team Member (CTM)
There\βs lots involved in being a CTM. The pace is always fast, with different duties to take on through your shift. Here are some of the key tasks:
- Providing friendly, considerate customer service
- Preparing and presenting our products
- Helping in the bakery
- Keeping the store well stocked and looking good
- Thinking on your feet if there\βs an issue or problem to solve
- Promoting the local projects we support
Qualifications & Requirements
We\βre not looking for any specific experience or qualifications β we provide full training. It\βs your personality, skills, motivation and values that matter. You\βll need to show us:
- A real care for customer service, great communication and listening skills
- The ability to work well in a team, and achieve team and individual goals
- An enthusiastic approach and willingness to support your colleagues when the store gets busier
- The flexibility to work a range of shifts to support the opening and closing times of the shop
- Must be aged 18 or over
