As our Commis Chef, we expect that you will contribute to our mission of introducing inspiring hospitality concepts to the London restaurant scene. Our philosophy is to do it our way and make the impossible possible.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately.
  • Help with stock rotation and basic inventory management.
  • Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
