Nestled in the beautiful and historic surroundings of South Lanarkshire, Bothwell Castle Care Home provides outstanding Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 75 residents. We are seeking enthusiastic Trainee Care Assistants to join our compassionate team, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. What You Will Do
As a Trainee Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of our supportive team, learning to deliver person-centred care that prioritises residents’ dignity, comfort, and wellbeing. With full training provided, you will assist residents with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, meals, and hydration, always encouraging their independence and fostering a sense of belonging. You will build warm, meaningful relationships with residents, getting to know their unique preferences and following care plans with kindness and respect. Working closely with experienced carers and nurses, you will contribute to a homely, nurturing atmosphere, reporting any concerns to ensure the highest standards of care. Every moment of support you provide will make a lasting impact on our residents’ lives.
