We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Operations Executive - Product to join our dynamic Product Operations team. In this pivotal marketing operations role, you will be supporting with the planning of new giveaways, and taking responsibility over competition pages and digital content to ensure they are set up optimally on our content management system, Umbraco. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure our marketing campaigns and competitions are flawlessly executed and presented.
- CMS Page Setup & Quality Assurance: Take ownership of setting up and performing rigorous quality assurance checks on all competition and promotional pages within Umbraco, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing objectives before they go live.
- App & Feature Testing: Support the testing of new features and updates across web and app platforms, focusing on user experience and the integrity of marketing content.
- Experience with CMS platforms: Strong understanding of digital content setup and QA processes.
- Data-driven approach: Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools to inform marketing decisions.
- 3–5+ years in product operations: Digital operations, or similar role. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, appealing prize ideas and competition themes.

- Experience with mobile app testing tools and platforms.
