Urban Pubs, Bars and Restaurants are currently recruiting for a talented and highly skilled General Manager with personality & charisma for our expanding group. This is an exciting time to join a people-focused and progressive operations-led business.
The Role: As GM you will take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue. You will be given autonomy and run the site as if it were your own business. Your team will look up to you, so it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a general manager
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Superb customer & floor service skills
- Excellent all-round business knowledge from financials to customer satisfaction
