Cambridge University Botanic Garden is seeking a Horticultural Participation Coordinator to join the team on a four-year fixed-term basis. The role will work across Horticulture and Learning to grow the garden’s volunteer programme and connect people with horticulture.

Reporting to the Head of Learning, you will coordinate, deliver, and evaluate inclusive community participation and Social and Therapeutic Horticulture activities, ensuring the living collection and public spaces thrive.
