Cambridge University Botanic Garden is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Horticultural Participation Coordinator to join the team. This is a new, four-year fixed-term position working across both Horticulture and Learning teams to bring people and horticulture together.

Reporting to the Head of Learning, you will coordinate and develop the Garden’s horticultural volunteer programme, deliver inclusive community participation and Social and Therapeutic Horticulture activities, and help ensure their living collection and public spaces continue to thrive.
