The ideal candidate will possess good knowledge and experience in propagation techniques, irrigation, plant nutrition, pest and disease management, and the use of appropriate machinery. A Level 2 qualification in horticulture or an equivalent is preferred. The collections include plants of high conservation and scientific value.
