Role Overview: Domestic Care Assistant – 12 hours per week, 10am–4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Responsibilities:
- Communal cleaning: keep communal areas clean and safe for residents and staff.
- Domestic tasks: dust, polish and vacuum residents' bedrooms, ensuring use of warning signs when required.
- Collaboration: work closely with the home management team to meet hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Companionship: provide support, communication and engagement to residents.
- Team support: shadow and train new or existing colleagues, help maintain smooth home operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 months remaining on the right to work in the UK.
- Caring, positive and reliable individuals.
- Previous care experience not essential; fully funded training will be provided.
- Unable to accept skilled or student visas.
Package Description:
