About the Role
The Omnichannel Marketing Principal EMEA HS&P will report to the Group Marketing Manager EMEA Downstream HS&P. The role will partner with HS&P Downstream Product Managers, GPO Lead, Divisional Omnichannel teams, and Corporate Marketing and Communications to lead HS&P Omnichannel and Content Strategy, defining customer journeys and content mix for our upcoming omnichannel campaigns. This position can be based in one of the main BSC European office hubs (Kerkrade, Düsseldorf, Madrid, Milan, Hemel Hempstead, Voisins Le Bretonneux), is hybrid (will require you to be in the office 3 days per week), and may require up to 15% travel.
Responsibilities
- Omnichannel & Content Strategy definition: Support the Group Marketing Manager Downstream HS&P in the definition of the content strategy and communication yearly plan and budget. Lead the design of customer personas and integrated customer journeys across channels. Partner with Downstream Product Managers and GPO Lead to orchestrate planning, design, and execution of content strategy and omnichannel campaigns. Develop social media strategy to increase awareness & customer engagement.
- Omnichannel & Content Strategy execution: Collaborate with Downstream Product Managers and GPO Lead to drive content development and execution of omnichannel campaigns. Collaborate side by side with EMEA Digital Marketing COE to coordinate execution of digital campaigns. Lead the selection and management of external agencies for omnichannel initiatives: develop creative briefs, manage content creation & copywriting, and content approval. Coordinate maintenance of existing HS&P portfolio of content and create new content where there are gaps and opportunities. Manage creative and designs in line with Boston Scientific's brand standards and act as brand ambassador.
- Change management & best practice sharing: Drive change management within HS&P to integrate omnichannel and content strategy within our marketing organization. Apply operating models, processes, tools, and technologies along with the content lifecycle. Collaborate with Corporate Marketing Team to ensure alignment and best practice sharing at EMEA level.
- Performance Tracking & Communication: Leverage customer data & insight across sales & marketing from digital & F2F touchpoints to close the loop and optimize omnichannel strategy. Monitor KPIs, perform content analysis, and recommend optimizing and ensuring the effectiveness of multichannel strategies and marketing content. Collaborate on budget management.
What We Are Looking for in You
Experience & Background: 5 years of experience in Integrated Marketing Communications (B2B or B2C) including deploying content strategy and plans into high-quality marketing content. Professional experience in MedTech is preferred; exposure to downstream or commercial product management is a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or other relevant fields. Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
