A Day in the Life of the EMEA Product Manager

As a highly experienced Product Manager you bridge the gap between business needs and IT capabilities, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You mature business capabilities through technology, balancing harmonized capabilities and processes with solutions, and suggesting enhancements to support the business’s differentiation in the market. Your day-to-day activities balance business and IT strategic foresight to enable operational execution through product owners, IT project managers, development and delivery teams. Typical activities include status meetings with Product Owners, opportunities discussions with fellow Product Managers, and evaluating initiatives to automate processes, enhance pricing accuracy, and drive revenue growth. You may explore applying AI to identify promising opportunities, and you will work with AI and Data experts and global teams to learn from similar implementations and determine when to add features to the roadmap. As projects progress, you ensure understanding of potential process changes and support from the EMEA business to minimize impact. You will represent capabilities in global projects as a trusted advisor, facilitating alignment and value realization for the business.
