Job Overview
At BTP, we\’re all about Making Things Better. As a Team Member on our front of house team, you\’ll be at the heart of creating meaningful moments with every customer. From welcoming customers to mastering our menu and delivering speedy, standout service — this is where good days begin.
What you\’ll be doing:
· Serving up authentic hospitality with empathy and energy
· Confidently working across floor sections, opening and closing to top standards
· Keeping things flowing smoothly, even when it\’s buzzing
· Staying stocked, prepped and one step ahead
· Supporting your team across Bar, Kitchen and KP when needed
