Who we are…
Boston is 25 soulful cafes serving the best in breakfast, brunch, and lunch and our coffee is another level. We want our cafes to be the best place to work in hospitality, which means we need a fantastic team who share our values to get there
What you\’ll be doing…
As a member of the team in our beautiful café, you are the master of all things that look after our customers- this could be the delivery of their food and drinks, supporting your kitchen or even saying hello and goodbye to all. This role is a high energy one that delivers every part of our customer journey to ensure each one leaves happy. You will always be anticipating your customers needs and building relationships built out of the community we serve. Community is everything to our café; you may even support local organisations with such things as baby yoga, Hip Hop café or open mic events, firmly putting you and our café as a community hub.
Your team, well that\’s where it is at. You will be part of a super skilled and motivated team of values led people that are there to support, train and coach you in your role. You will be determined in your own development, focused on the next step in your career.
You support our café team but also your leadership team through great communication and feedback through asking great questions, and always have the team, customers and planet at the centre of all we do.

You\’ll get
Tips paid fortnightly, with most earning up to 65p extra an hour
Christmas day and boxing day off (we are closed)
Evenings off, we close our cafes at 5pm
