What you'll be doing:
- Prepping fresh, vibrant dishes using spec books and smart systems
- Running a tight, clean and safe kitchen space
- Nailing allergens and food safety with confidence
- Nailing KP duties and restocking like a pro
- Staying flexible - supporting across KP, prep and café when needed
