We’re looking for a strong, organised and people-focused Head Chef to lead our kitchen at Boston Tea Party Plymouth, a lively, fast-paced café with a brilliant team and a loyal community following.

What you’ll lead

As Head Chef, you’ll run the kitchen day to day and help shape the culture that makes Plymouth such a great place to work.

You’ll:

• Lead the kitchen with calm confidence, especially during busy services
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation
• Plan prep, manage stock levels and keep the kitchen fully ready for each day
• Train, coach and support your team, building skills, confidence and progression
• Keep the kitchen safe, clean and audit-ready at all times
• Work closely with your GM to deliver strong café performance and community impact
