About the Role
As a Client Services Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our administration team, providing exceptional client support to ensure smooth operations across the business. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong, positive relationships. Support the adviser team to ensure efficient service delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to learn and develop in a high-quality, financial planning practice with a strong reputation for tailored financial advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Support advisers by understanding and implementing the financial advice presented to clients.
- Assist with preparing and processing client documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide general administrative support, including mail sorting and scanning, greeting clients and managing and updating client databases.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about client services. The ideal candidate will have:
- A demonstrated track record of client services experience within the financial services industry.
- Strong background in superannuation, investments, or insurance.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with financial planning software XPlan (highly advantageous).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office 365.
