The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated SEND team, under the direction of the SENDCo / Assistant Principal of SEND, to support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. You will undertake work, care and support programmes to enable access to learning, working with individuals and small groups, and supporting the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.

Qualifications- Is committed to inclusion and ensuring all pupils can achieve and succeed
- Has the ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
- Is adaptable, patient and able to respond to a range of pupil needs
- Has a passion for supporting pupils with SEND and promoting independence
- Completed a DfES Teacher Assistant Induction Programme
- NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or relevant qualifications or experience of working within a classroom environment
