Boston Spa Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Attendance and Welfare Officer. This role is of great importance to our work as an academy - the successful applicant will be expected to analyse and identify student absences and take appropriate action to support students back into the academy.
The ideal applicant will have:
- A full, clean driving license.
- An in-depth knowledge of steps that can be taken to support students in improving attendance.
- A passion for education and making a difference.
