We are an emerging, award-winning practice designing everything from graphics and wayfinding to residential and workplace projects.
About the Position: We are seeking an Architect with 8+ years of experience to join our studio. Our work is grounded in a rigorous design process, with a focus on material, detail, and the experience of the user. As a small, collaborative practice, we work closely across all phases—from concept through construction—with direct client engagement and collaboration with both large and small design firms. The studio operates on a hybrid schedule, balancing in-person collaboration in Kendall Square with flexibility for remote work.
Role
- Develop Designs: Work with firm leadership to develop innovative, functional architectural and experiential designs that respond to client needs and comply with applicable codes and regulations.
- Revit Modeling & Documentation: Lead the production of Revit models and drawing sets across all project phases.
- Technical Details: Develop architectural details with a strong understanding of materials and construction.
- Coordination: Coordinate with consultants to integrate building systems and resolve technical issues.
- Presentation: Produce concise, well-crafted presentations and visualizations, and give presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Over 8 years of experience across all project phases.
- Strong design judgment and ability to communicate ideas clearly.
- Revit is central to our workflow. Candidates should have advanced proficiency, including complex modeling, family creation and modification, sheet setup, annotation standards, and coordination with linked consultant models. Experience producing and managing complete construction document sets is required.
- Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Bluebeam, Enscape.
- Proficiency in visualization and rendering workflows (Enscape or similar).
- Experience with experiential design, graphics, or signage is a plus.
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a collaborative studio environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
