We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and creating value in the supply chain for our merchants, farmers and consumers. We deliver for our customers by being agile and operating at pace; maximising growth in ever-changing marketplaces.

Growing to a turnover of over £15m in 2025, we are already the largest supplier of soil health and conservation crops in the UK, the largest online supplier of grass seed and wildflower seeds and a growing supplier to the professional amenity sector. We now seek to appoint an exceptional individual in this key role to deliver outstanding key account management, customer relationship development and new customer acquisition.

  • Manage, retain, and grow existing customers in agriculture and professional amenity.
  • Respond to incoming enquiries, generate and follow up leads.
  • Attract and develop new customer relationships.
  • Create effective commercial propositions for customers in conjunction with the Sales Manager and Commercial Director.
  • Develop expert knowledge in soil health, conservation and environmental schemes, as well as the professional amenity sector.

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial acumen and demonstrable customer centricity.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent standard of written and verbal communication.
  • Highly numerate and familiar with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
