Full-time, permanent, 37.5 hours per week. Office based in Kirton, Lincolnshire, flexibility for hybrid working for the right candidate. Competitive Salary + bonus + company car. 25 days holiday, rising to 30 days after five years’ service + bank holidays.

Growing to a turnover of over £16m in 2026, we are already the largest supplier of soil health and conservation crops in the UK, as well as the largest online supplier of grass seed and wildflower seeds. We now seek to appoint an exceptional individual in this key role in the company’s succession planning, to deliver our ambitious future growth plans.
The successful candidate will have a strong history in sales and/or marketing, and a track record of successfully delivering growth. Knowledge of the seed industry would be advantageous but not essential.
Key responsibilities- Manage, retain, and grow existing customers in agriculture and amenity
- Attract and develop new customer and supplier relationships
- Deliver marketing plans to improve brand awareness and increase penetration of our products
- Develop expert knowledge in soil health, conservation and environmental schemes
- Answer incoming enquiries from customers via telephone and email
- Secure new varieties and products to market and supply
- Periodic project management
- Assist in day-to-day office activities
- A natural self-starter, able to see initiatives through from inception to execution
