Full-time, permanent, 38.75 hours per week. Office based in Kirton, Lincolnshire. £32-38k per annum, depending on experience, + bonus, + benefits. 25 days holiday, rising to 30 days after five years' service + bank holidays.

Growing to a turnover of over £15m in 2025, we are already the largest supplier of soil health and conservation crops in the UK, the largest online supplier of grass seed and wildflower seeds and a growing supplier to the professional amenity sector. We now seek to appoint an exceptional individual in this key role to deliver outstanding key account management, customer relationship development and new customer acquisition.
The successful candidate will have a strong history in sales and/or account management, or experience in a similar customer-facing organisation. Knowledge of the seed industry would be advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities:- Manage, retain, and grow existing customers in agriculture and professional amenity.
- Respond to incoming enquiries, generate and follow up leads.
- Attract and develop new customer relationships.
- Create effective commercial propositions for customers in conjunction with the Sales Manager and Commercial Director.
- Develop expert knowledge in soil health, conservation and environmental schemes, as well as the professional amenity sector.
- Results-driven with high standards for yourself and those around you.
- Proven commercial acumen and demonstrable customer centricity.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent standard of written and verbal communication.
- Highly numerate and familiar with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.
