As a strategic member of the EMEA Quotes & Tenders Leadership Team, the RMS Project Lead plays a pivotal role in transforming the Q&T function into a true commercial partner while driving the successful implementation of Revenue Management Systems (RMS). This position focuses on CPQ implementation, Recommended Price strategies, Tender Execution Monitoring, and Tender Management tools, ensuring these capabilities are embedded into the commercial selling cycle.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Strategic Transformation & Capability Building: Drive the evolution of the Q&T organization into a value-adding, change-ready function. Equip teams with tools, skills, and mindset to deliver strategic outcomes and adopt RMS solutions effectively.
- RMS Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end RMS projects, including CPQ deployment and integration with existing systems. Ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption across markets.
- Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with Business Unit leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to position RMS and Q&T as critical drivers of commercial success. Provide insights and strategies pre-tender to shape opportunities and maximize win rates.
- Market Shaping & Pre-Tender Influence: Anticipate procurement trends, customer needs, and competitor moves to position Boston Scientific solutions effectively ahead of tender publication.
- Contract Value & Margin Optimization: Monitor contract performance, compliance, and renewal planning. Lead margin improvement initiatives in collaboration with Finance, Pricing, and Divisions.
- System Expertise & Adoption: Act as subject matter expert for RMS tools and functionalities. Drive user adoption through training, communication, and change management initiatives.
- Best Practice Sharing & Stakeholder Engagement: Harmonize processes and share insights across EMEA to elevate organizational performance. Build trust-based relationships with senior commercial stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: University degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in project management and strategic/commercial partnering roles, preferably within MedTech, Pharma, or healthcare procurement. Strong background in CPQ systems and tender management tools.
- Skills: Strategic mindset with ability to connect operational details to business growth objectives. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix environment. Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with ability to extract insights from data.
- Languages: Fluency in English; one additional European language is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Resilient, agile, and capable of driving change in complex environments.
