Purpose Statement

To drive the achievement of business growth through focused market/competitive analysis and the provision of a long term strategic marketing plan in coordination with the country Management and EMEA division/franchise counterparts. This position is responsible for the elaboration and execution of the franchise Plan and budget as well as the implementation of Marketing excellence standards within his/her group.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and execute the Axonics EMEA marketing strategy based on market insights, competitive intelligence, and global product strategy.
  • Lead the SNM portfolio strategy and co-create the overarching Axonics plan with the Marketing Lead for Bulkamid.
  • Lead SNM launch planning and execution, including sales enablement on positioning, value proposition, and commercial strategies.
  • Support and represent the Axonics franchise in BSC planning processes, including StratPlan and AOP in alignment with the EMEA Axonics Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Develop formalized country marketing plans aligned with the EMEA Strat Plan, AOP, and local sales objectives.
  • Drive EU marketing strategy and implementation plans by identifying critical local market questions, defining appropriate marketing tools.
