About the role
We are currently working with an education provider in the Cheshire area who are looking for an Automotive Vocational Assessor (Trailers/Heavy Vehicle) to join their team. The position is a permanent full‑time role and will involve assessing the vocational skills of a group of 40 automotive apprentices at a single site in Cheshire. Apprentices will be learning heavy vehicle manufacturing and maintenance with additional engineering aspects, and will work on trailers – thus the ideal candidate will have knowledge covering this area.

Qualifications
- A level 3 Automotive qualification (or equivalent apprenticeship)
- Heavy vehicle/trailer maintenance experience
- Prior experience in education, teaching or assessing
