We are working with an Engineering & Construction Education awarding body who are looking for a home-based Training Provider Compliance Manager to support ECITB Approved, Licenced Training, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement across the North of England (Humberside/Yorkshire/Lancashire).
In this role, you will ensure that training providers deliver awarding body licensed products and services to the required quality and compliance standards. Your primary focus will be on UK providers, with occasional support for international ones.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in quality assurance and compliance management. If you’re passionate about driving improvement and ensuring excellence, apply today. The role would be home-based, and also involve travelling to some of the centres in Humberside/Yorkshire/Lancashire.
The starting salary goes up to £45,479 p/a (including the car allowance), and the package would also include:

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
- Experience in an engineering-related role in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Level 3 or higher vocational qualifications in Engineering, along with relevant qualifications in Teaching, Learning, Assessment, and Quality Assurance (AQA & IQA).
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
