We are working with an education provider in the West Midlands who are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Trainer (Commercial) to join their team. The role is a permanent full-time role, comprising 37 hours per week, and you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of hands-on Commercial Electrical Maintenance Courses, which include the following aspects:
- Electrical Maintenance
- Industrial Electrics
- Motor Control
- Inverters, PLCs and HMIs
- Fault finding & diagnostic techniques
In addition, you will undertake the administration of Technical Skills Assessments at the training centres in Coventry and Redditch and also at customers’ premises, which may require overnight stays. The starting salary for this position is circa £45,000 per annum, and the package also includes a pension (matched up to 8%), private medical insurance, a health cash plan, and 25 days paid holiday (plus statutory holidays such as Bank Holidays).
Qualifications:
- A level 3 Electrical qualification
- Excellent Electrical Maintenance skills
- A full UK driving licence
This role will involve work with under 18s or vulnerable adults. Any appointment will be subject to strict vetting and screening checks and receipt of a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
