Boston Rose in Hillingdon is seeking a Head of Additional Learning Support (Foundation Learning) to lead the ALS provision for High Needs learners across two FE sites.
The role reports to the Director of Foundation Learning and is newly created.
You will manage funding, assess needs per EHCPs, lead a team of staff, and drive performance against ALS and Adult Skills Budget targets, with a salary of £50,718 to £56,781 p/a and a generous teacher pension.
