Home-based hybrid role (visiting workplaces from Cheshire to Yorkshire). Full-time permanent role, comprised of 37 hours per week, with travel to engineering workplaces to coach, observe, and assess Engineering apprentices on the Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician (MOET) pathway.

Remuneration and Benefits

  • Salary: £35,975 to £38,985 per annum.
  • Car allowance: £3,000 per annum plus business mileage payments.
  • Fully flexible working pattern.
  • Responsibility for planning your own diary.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching, observing, and assessing Level 3 MOET apprentices on the assigned workplaces.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Engineering qualification.
  • Industrial experience of engineering maintenance.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Note: An Assessor award is not required; training will be provided on the job.

Safeguarding and Vetting

This role will involve work with under 18s or vulnerable adults. Appointments will be subject to strict vetting and screening checks and receipt of a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
