Boston Rose are working with Nurseries in Dorchester and Bridport who are looking for L2 and L3 Early Years Practitioners and Educators to join their team on a permanent basis. As an Early Years Educator, you will share responsibility for nurturing the wellbeing, learning, and development of children aged 0-5. You will design engaging activities, build relationships with both children and families, and create an environment where every child feels safe and supported.
What our client is looking for:
- L2 or L3 Early Years qualification (experience to be assessed and agreed)
- Working knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
- Flexibility to work a rota between 7am - 6pm, Mon - Fri (and beyond 6pm in emergencies)
- Enhanced DBS clearance (cost covered by our client)
