Boston Rose are working with a growing STEM training provider to recruit an Operations Manager to lead their Client Services and Delivery functions. This is a senior leadership role focused on operational performance, learner delivery, client satisfaction and building scalable processes across the business.

You’ll manage delivery and client services teams, oversee operational planning and compliance, improve systems and workflows, and help shape the wider company strategy alongside the CEO and SLT. The role would suit someone from an apprenticeships, training provider or education operations background who is confident leading teams, improving processes and managing delivery performance in a regulated environment.
